Your dog must be fully crate trained, meaning they are quiet and comfortable in the crate. This is to ensure they are secure and safe when sleeping overnight.
-
Your dog should have a base understanding in off leash manners or skills. If they don't have this they will not be able to enjoy our 30 acres forest property! They will receive exercise, fulfillment in different ways to keep them safe if they can not be off leash.
-
If you need help with off leash reliability or crate training, please reach out! We offer training programs that can help achieve both of these and your dogs training is continued when they board with us!

Benefits of Boarding with Tuckered out Training
  • At home boarding on 30 acres of forest
  • We provide updates through Instagram or Facebook & formal updates by text.
  • The amount of dogs we take depends on the energy levels, fulfillment needs & if there is a new dog boarding, max 4 dogs
  • We spend 1:1 time with every dog, every single day doing activities, mental enrichment, or fun training.
  • Dogs have 3-6 hours of dedicated break/sleep times between the crate or downtime on place to keep them energized for the next activities.
  • We strive to keep the dogs as happy & comfortable as we can by stepping in when needed, working on confidence building & watching their body language closely.
  • We don't put/force dogs into uncomfortable situations that could cause damage to your dogs confidence.. We take things slow & do proper dog introductions.
  • We leave room for the dogs to explore in healthy ways, teach them how to regulate their emotions & give them many opportunities to let them be dogs in a safe way!
  • We teach every dog door/gate manners, greeting manners, how to settle & work on recall/engagement.
